Rental Terms & Conditions

When someone stays at TLC Resort, they are asked to agree to the following policy to ensure everyone who stays with us has a relaxing and enjoyable vacation:

I agree to rent the assigned land site for the specified number of days at the active rate upon my arrival. Rates are subject to change without notice. I agree to abide by park rules and regulations, and to observe the posted speed limits. Failure to do so will, at the discretion of Twin Lakes Camp Resort management, be sufficient reason for eviction from the premises. I understand and agree that Twin Lakes is not responsible for loss, damage or injury to any person, vehicle or other personal property. I acknowledge that my stay is subject to Florida Statues 513.114, 513.121 and 513.13. By requesting that a reservation be made or by my signature on my payment receipt, I agree to the stated policy and understand that there will be NO REFUNDS other than under the conditions described herein.

Cancellation Policy

There is a “Reservation Fee” for making all reservations. We will honor holding a RV campsite or Rental Accommodation for you based on your making a reservation. The “Reservation Fee” is not refundable, not changeable, nor transferable. The amount will apply to your reservation when you arrive.

If you do not cancel before 48 hours of your arrival date for your reservation then you will be charged the full amount of your stay (because we could have rented to someone else). If you cancel before 48 hours the “Reservation Fee” will not be refunded or applied to another date.

The amount of the “Reservation Fee” will depend on the type of unit you are renting. A one night stay for an RV site will be for the full
amount of that site. A longer RV stay will be a $50 “Reservation Fee”, and a Rental Accommodation will be a $100 “Reservation Fee”.

Early departures for any reason are not eligible for refunds or credits of any kind. In the event of hurricane related evacuations, refunds will not be issued.

All refunds are determined solely by the Twin Lakes Camp Resort management. Requests for refunds under emergency circumstances must be provided in writing by email with proof of emergency circumstances. By making a reservation you agree to this policy.

All payments must be made by credit card or cash. Checks are not accepted.

Credit Policy

If you have paid more on your reservation than the reservation fee (ex. A Holiday reservation), and you choose to cancel before 48 of arrival time, any amount beyond the reservation fee may be used as a future credit. This credit is to be booked within two weeks of the cancellation date for anytime in 365 days of cancellation date or it may be lost!
